Please be advised that arriving late for an appointment will limit the time given for your treatment.

For your our relaxation and for that of others, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone and keep all noise to a minimum during your treatment.

The timings for treatments are approximate. Please certain medical conditions, certain medications and pregnancy can be contra-indications to specific treatments. Please disclose any of these with us when booking your appointment.

Afull charge will be made for missed or broken appointments unless 24 hours notice is given.

A non-refundable deposit may be required on treatment over an hour.

Please note that if you are having a course of treatments and fail to turn up for an appointment you will lose that perticular treatment in the course.

Deposits and courses are non-refundable.
